• The appliance does not fit properly

• You contact us within 30 days of delivery

What we’ll do:

• You return the appliance

• We re-fabricate a replacement at no cost

The Fit Guarantee does not apply if:

• The order was a re-order using previous impressions

• No new impressions were submitted

• Teeth have shifted due to missed or inconsistent wear

In these cases, a poor fit is caused by orthodontic relapse, not a product defect.

New impressions are required to ensure a proper fit.
